What do we look for?

  • A genuine interest in cycling, and other outdoor sports
  • The ability to communicate well with all our customers, from fanatics to beginners; men or women; old or young
  • Professionalism: clean and neat appearance, good manners, attention to detail
  • Technical knowledge: qualifications (Cytech) are handy, but we will provide training
  • Retail experience: from merchandising to stock management, and all levels of customer service
  • Computer skills: not a requirement, but certainly useful - we are a modern shop!
